108 - Pool View King Suite

Positive: I appreciated that the staff (via texting) worked with us to change from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Negative: The king bed was very uncomfortable Your maid needs to pay better attention when vacuuming; there were two large plastic pieces under the coffee table

Pleasant but could have been better Positive: Very clean and it was spacious Negative: We paid extra money to check in early and there wasn’t water so we could shower, use the bathroom or even wash our hands and when I mentioned it to them they didn’t reimburse me. There isn’t staff onsite- I asked for an extra towel and was told they provided the towels according to my stay and the bed was the most uncomfortable ever. All I felt was springs.

Extremely poorly maintained condo unit. When we arrived I reported the inoperable key pad lock, the broken chair, the vertical blinds that don’t close for privacy, and the constant rapid drip in the shower. The light in the main room paddle fan did not work. There is not a single baking dish or large bowl provided in the kitchen. None of these issues were resolved during our 10 day stay. When I stripped the bed the morning of our leaving, I was appalled by the nasty thoroughly stained mattress ZERO stars!

Over all great small place to stay with parents and kid. Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable but other than that, it was a great place to stay right by the pool and walk to the beach
