Great, last minute stay!
Positive: Room was nicely decorated, clean and in a safe area! Location was perfect!
Negative: Checking in was an hour long, several phone call process. Next time we will go straight to the hotel website.

It was a bad experience we had to wait 2 hours after arrival to get the door code when we finally entered there was dirt

Positive: That we got bumped up with a view of the ocean
Negative: That the room arrangement was backwards. Shower door leaked and air conditioner vents leaked. Hand shower nozzle needs replacing. Fan lights didnt work.
