good Positive: We like the location and have been coming to this particular place for many years. Negative: THe bedroom AC didn't work very well and the shower pours water out and over the floor, otherwise it was clean and updated somewhat recently.

Okay place to stay for one night. Positive: Cleanliness. Quiet even though families there with children. Negative: Lack of on property parking. Too many "codes" for different doors/gates. Over priced for a "tired" looking hotel.

Positive: My room 110 was clean. Very quiet. Amenities were ok for us. Location to beach is great. Parking is limited. In all we loved our stay. Negative: Need more parking. My room was great.
