Okay place to stay for one night. Positive: Cleanliness. Quiet even though families there with children. Negative: Lack of on property parking. Too many "codes" for different doors/gates. Over priced for a "tired" looking hotel.

The location was great. Room was ok for the price Positive: Was right by the ocean Negative: Had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. And not enough trash bags

Location, location on the beach with a pool is great. Positive: We liked being able to watch people, cars, surf kiters. Negative: Couch was too low- very difficult to get up from. Window to see out to beach was almost unusable. Sand, salt encrusted on the exterior. Please clean at least for the 1st day of a rental . Thank you.

Positive: My room 110 was clean. Very quiet. Amenities were ok for us. Location to beach is great. Parking is limited. In all we loved our stay. Negative: Need more parking. My room was great.
