Positive: Location Negative: Building was in disrepair as well as the kitchen.

Good value Positive: Location the most it was a little outdated but comfortable Negative: A little outdated and could use some major repairs the building as a whole

Very good, I like it and I recommend it to my groups it was my first time in New Smyrna. I like the Positive: I like everything, the place, the room very confortable Negative: That I don’t have my balcony to the ocean.

We had a great time. Positive: Great location. Very clean pool. The beds were very comfortable. Negative: The room itself was decent. The floors had sand on them when we arrived. There wasn’t enough toilet paper. My biggest complaint is that there was only air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom never got really cool at night. That alone would keep me from ever staying in that particular room. Other units have AC in both rooms so I would go back and stay in those units.

If you're looking for a hotel right on the beach close to other activities this is a perfect fit. If Positive: The hotel is located directly on the beach Negative: The facilities definitely looked worn down, and the room itself definitely could have used a deep clean
