Very budget friendly.
Positive: We loved the location. The pool was heated. We were happy with the direct access to the beach. The view from the balconies were nice.
Negative: Room 305 needs to be updated. It’s showing a lot of wear and tear. 304 was nicely decorated but 305 was very sparsely decorated and needs a serious update to furniture and such.

Location was terrific but the condo was rather dated and not very comfortable
Positive: Location was great right on the beach and minutes walk to Chases on the beach
Negative: No top sheets on the queen beds and only one comforter for two beds
Shower had multiple leaks
The couch was hard and very uncomfortable. No kleenix, one small bar of soap for three nights. Paper towels in the kitchen would have been nice
