In general it was fine for one night Positive: I like the location Negative: I didn’t like the code system they have, not always working clearly, they need either to improve it or hire staff for communication. And also the AC inside the room was super noisy.

Positive: Easy access and parking. Negative: You had to enter and exit through pool area. There was some bugs in unit as well as very noisy from those above at sleeping times. The smoking area was outside the door so not ideal. The beach was beautiful. It served its purpose for 2 nights.

Hotel Hell Positive: Where do I begin? Please, do yourself a favor and steer very clear of this dump. It is horrific! Falsely advertised and way overpriced! Should be condemned! I am in process of trying to get reimbursed because it was so bad and is a definite health hazard for multiple reasons. First, upon arrival, the foul odor in the lobby nearly knocked us over. That was the first indicator that it was not going to be good. Once we got in our room, (which was a struggle due to the corrosion on the door keypad) what we found inside the unit was deplorable. The smell of water damage and filth permeated the entire room. Every inch was filthy, and in disrepair. Room by room, here is what we found; The kitchen was grimy, the wall next to the stove was burned, knobs on stove missing, revealing only metal posts, barely any dishes or utensils, and the ones there were dirty. The counter tops and cabinets were all cracked and appliances in need of replacing badly. There were cockroaches and silverfish in every room, along with so much dirt and grime on the floors, it was disgusting. The pull out couch had no bedding available, and we notified the office, but no response until morning. There is NO on the property or available by phone to handle problems, by the way and you are left to just keep sending messages that don't get timely responses. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the floor covered in filth, only 2 worn out towels, mold along the toilet base and shower, shower head was ziptied to the shower and there was an old toothbrush lodged between the toilet and shower, covered with dust and cobwebs, so who knows how long it's been there. Gross!!! There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, so you're forced to leave door open. We stayed overnight due to exhaustion, but didn't hear back from management until morning. Negative: Everything was horrible!

Little disappointed. Positive: The size and location were good. Negative: There were no sheets for the pull out bed, a dead cockroach was in the bathroom, the shower head was broken, and a Alcoholic Can was on the back patio.

Awful. Never stay here Positive: Nothing Negative: It was dirty, lack of staff available; and they barge in your room without knocking if you need anything, there is no parking anywhere and to top it off. There was a dead roach in our closet.
