302 - Ocean View Beach Condo

Horrible check in experience. Code on the door wouldn't work, had a tough time accessing the key in the lockbox. Use the key if you can access it, using code on the door is hit or miss. Sugar ants in the kitchen and no bedding for the pullout sofa was at the location. Had to wait until the next day to get any.

Terrible cleanliness and musty allergy-causing smell Positive: It is very close to the beach. Negative: We had numerous issues. Parking here is atrocious. They have a lot in the front of the building and across the street. There is also parking next to the building but it it NOT owned by the property and the county will fine you for parking there. There are no staff on the premises, and staff are very hard to get ahold of if you need something. They were quick to ask for credit card info and provide room details, but slow to answer concerns. We were provided with a door code and a code to a key if the touchpad did not work. Unsurprisingly it did not work and we had to use the door key. Overall, some facilities look clean but a lot of it is not and there are several areas that need touch up or repairs. Upon entering the room there was a very musty smell. We initially chalked this up to another “beach hotel” smell. However, after being up all night with severe allergies, we found places in the kitchen and the bedroom that appeared to have some sort of black colored biological growth. We were unable to sleep most of the night due to the severe allergies caused by the room. I waited until 9AM to reach out to staff out of courtesy, en though we were up since 3AM. I requested a full or partial refund due to the abysmal air quality and we were essentially told no one else has said anything so there’s no problem and denied any kind of refund or apology. They said they would have a housekeeper “check it” but that provided no help. For approximately $200 a night after taxes, I’d stay far away from here.

Below average! Other than its on the beach be ready for all the steps with luggage Positive: By the beach Negative: First no elevators to accommodate handicap or just an average person with suitcases and it's four floors! People who arent staying or paying use the front parking lot making you have to park across the street. Took over 24hrs to get towels because it didnt not have enough for the amount of people in my group, you pay more to have more people it should be supplied with the amount of guest! You also have to walk through the swimming pool area to get to most rooms. No elevators fire hazard and the fire alarms were going off daily in lobby which really no lobby,walk way with no staff on hand. I would not stay again.

Our stay was ok, wouldn’t rent there again though. Positive: Proximity to the beach. Negative: Too many stairs, no direct access to the third floor without going through the whole property, not enough parking.

Very easy access to room and absolutely a wonderful place to stay great pool as well Positive: Location is perfect and I came in late night after enjoy the day and was able to walk through all the checkpoints with the codes that they gave me all worked. The room was terrific in great shape. Nice kitchen area very well pleased I will be back for another stay. absolutely love this place. Negative: I couldn’t complain about anything
