302 - Ocean View Beach Condo

Below average! Other than its on the beach be ready for all the steps with luggage Positive: By the beach Negative: First no elevators to accommodate handicap or just an average person with suitcases and it's four floors! People who arent staying or paying use the front parking lot making you have to park across the street. Took over 24hrs to get towels because it didnt not have enough for the amount of people in my group, you pay more to have more people it should be supplied with the amount of guest! You also have to walk through the swimming pool area to get to most rooms. No elevators fire hazard and the fire alarms were going off daily in lobby which really no lobby,walk way with no staff on hand. I would not stay again.

Our stay was ok, wouldn’t rent there again though. Positive: Proximity to the beach. Negative: Too many stairs, no direct access to the third floor without going through the whole property, not enough parking.

Very easy access to room and absolutely a wonderful place to stay great pool as well Positive: Location is perfect and I came in late night after enjoy the day and was able to walk through all the checkpoints with the codes that they gave me all worked. The room was terrific in great shape. Nice kitchen area very well pleased I will be back for another stay. absolutely love this place. Negative: I couldn’t complain about anything

The location was great. Room was ok for the price Positive: Was right by the ocean Negative: Had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. And not enough trash bags

would love to speak to someone about housekeeping duties for the price we pad for just 3 nights. Positive: very close to the beach. food. friendly people. overall a pretty nice place with a few major issues. Negative: rooms were very filthy under the beds. no linens for the pull out bed in the Livingroom for my 2 boys had to go buy sheets and unexpected covers we didn't intend to incur. No extra towels for all 4 people to take a showers. No extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can.. Walls and baseboards in the bathroom were unacceptable, wall had water run off running down very nasty looking. a lot of dust and food and markers under beds and the pull out couch. I did take photos.
