302 - Ocean View Beach Condo

would love to speak to someone about housekeeping duties for the price we pad for just 3 nights. Positive: very close to the beach. food. friendly people. overall a pretty nice place with a few major issues. Negative: rooms were very filthy under the beds. no linens for the pull out bed in the Livingroom for my 2 boys had to go buy sheets and unexpected covers we didn't intend to incur. No extra towels for all 4 people to take a showers. No extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can.. Walls and baseboards in the bathroom were unacceptable, wall had water run off running down very nasty looking. a lot of dust and food and markers under beds and the pull out couch. I did take photos.

Positive: The beds were comfortable Negative: The place was dirty and had broken items, the bathroom sink clogged and stayed clogged for a couple of days. I was very disappointed with the room. The beach area was under construction.

Amazing! Positive: Everything was very clean and easy to access. It was a beautiful view of the ocean, especially the sunrise in the morning. I would for sure come back here again but try a different room with a view of the ocean from the room balcony. I did love that it was keyless entry so you didnt have to worry about carrying one around and possibly losing it. Negative: The chairs on the balcony were broken when we got there so it made sitting out there a little difficult. The door stuck a little and you had to really push to open it. There were no instructions on how to lock the door and there was no key.

Positive: Loved our room.. lots of space for the family and you can not beat the location. Negative: The dresser, George in our room kept falling apart and one even came out completely and hurt my kids toe.Also the door locked was a pain.

Stay was great. Positive: Love the location , access to the beach at your finger tips, pool was great too Negative: A lil out dated , our room didn’t have any toilet paper or extra trash bags so I had to buy some
