Ocean View Beach Condo #306

Positive: The location is perfect. Negative: We arrived at 2am. Had problems Getting in our room.

STAY AWAY!!! Positive: The only thing good was the location of the property. It was on the beach. Negative: First there was nothing saying it did not have an elevator. If you are disabled stay away. Second the parking is nonexistent. No form of management was onsite and the parking passes were in a cabinet that you could take as many as you wanted. They do have a overflow parking area but it was full as well. We had to park the first night in a business parking lot along with other guests. During the next day our car got towed. Once we figured out how to get to the tow company and pay $140 to get our car back we went back to the hotel. And there was no parking. Between that and the cleanliness of the room we had enough. We packed up and went home. Third this place is absolutely disgusting. There is black mold in the wall A/C, another type of mold on the furniture with a half inch of dust . The master does not have A/C, they provided a box fan which was covered with dust/lint. Dust a half inch thick on the ceiling fan. And there was spray residue on the bed from where they either had or have bedbugs. How do I know it was for bedbugs, you don’t spray 4 and a half feet up the bed to cover the head board and the 4 post of the bed for roaches. When I called and text the management company they said that they can’t do anything for us because we left and didn’t call them. They said they could have sent someone to clean the room. I laughed and said we are talking about mold all over the place. All they said was we are sorry your car got towed. We paid $800 bucks for a shithole. We have asked to be reimbursed for the second night, not the whole thing and so far no response except we will speak to the manager. This place will be reported to the health department. My wife and I travel and have stayed in over 100 other hotels and have never stayed in a place this disgusting to write a negative review. Stay away from Coastal Management properties. I wouldn't recommend room 306 Positive: The location Negative: The room was dirty, sheets was dirty, the shower was difficult to use, couldn't get hot water

Would never stay there again Positive: I did not like nothing from the property. Everything was old, rotten, wood, rotten floors rust everywhere the resort look rundown. Negative: I did not like anything like I said the resort was rundown, rotten wood everywhere. The room was old and outdated felt unsafe

For $300 one night including a $60 cleaning fee, I’d say steer clear. Positive: Beach access. Negative: Cleanliness, safety concerns, misleading listing, and lack of support from management. Beware of suite 306. We booked a junior ocean view king room expecting a basic but clean and functional space. Unfortunately, the unit did not match the listing photos and we did not feel comfortable staying (checked in 3pm, vacated 7:45pm same night). Parking was extremely limited (approximately 15-20 spaces for 50+ units). We paid $20 for public beach parking (but this expired at 11pm same night). When asked about overnight, we were directed to overflow parking across a busy multi-lane road with no safe pedestrian access, which was not disclosed in advance and is not practical for families. Access to the unit was also concerning. The exterior stairs appeared worn/unsafe, the keypad entry did not function, and the lockbox was difficult to use. Inside the unit, the condition did not reflect the listing photos. For reference, there are no photos of suite 306 with a King bed, only with double beds (so we would have no way of knowing the condition of the space in advance). The bedroom layout was extremely tight with very limited space to move between the King bed and TV (like 18 inches). This area is the only walkway to the bathroom & balcony. The flooring was coming apart in multiple areas, there were random food items left in the kitchen. The bathroom was not clean with visible hair and debris, particularly around the toilet, and a shower curtain with visible mold. There were black hairs in the bed and throughout the bathroom. The balcony flooring also did not feel safe. We arrived shortly after check-in, briefly used the space to rinse off after the beach, and made the decision to leave the same evening due to these concerns. We did not stay overnight. When we raised these issues afterward, they were dismissed and no resolution was offered. Also reported to Booking, with no resolution.
