The price was good for the location. You can walk to restaurants. Easy access to the beach. The room could have been cle
Positive: The beach view was great. Easy access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants. The room had two full beds. But is small. I couldn’t see four adults staying in the room.
Negative: Parking. And there is no attendant on the property. Everything is done by text. Although they were prompt to answer.

Positive: Location near the beach. Easy to get to.
Negative: Chair on balcony was rusty, dirty and broken. Floor was not clean. Battery in lock needs replaced.

Positive: I liked location, weather. It did rain. The place was clean. There was good free TV. That is more than the two sentences you were putting as requirement.
Negative: emails said that one can contact customer service by text message. I was never able to get a proper reply on text messaging, please remove that from the emails.
