Ocean View Beach Suite #212

Glad I only had to stay one night other than that I would of wanted my money back. Positive: The location was perfect Negative: They held my $100 deposit for like three weeks after I checked out and I only stayed one night, some lights didn't work, there were roaches and the sliding glass door to balcony didn't open.

Positive: Only the pool.... Negative: Nothing.. That suite shouldn't be for rent. The living room furniture smell. To bad. . something's with the pillows.. And roaches in the bathroom.. . was my worse experience...

See above Positive: It was perfect for us. Although the facility is dated (hence the lower scores), it was the right balance—we got a great price and location, it was clean, and the staff was proactive so it was easy to check in and get around. Other family wanted a beach view and more updated, so paid twice as much for another facility, but this was right for us. Negative: See above

Nice location, but I'll stay somewhere else! Positive: The location was great. The pool was really nice and the access to the beach was wonderful and the shower head was good. Parking worked out, but is very limited. i will stay in the area again, but not this location. Negative: The room, not so good. It started with the lock box to get in the room needed some work. It was half painted, holes in the bathroom door and under the kitchen sink was disgusting. I put my beach towel on the furniture to sit as it looked like I would catch something. It stated if you didn't clean after your stay you would be charged, yet they did not have any dish soap or a sponge to clean up after yourself. The building/stairs had many holes and looked like they need to up date for safety. You could see through the plywood on the deck...spooky.. I think they need to up the HOA fees and spend them
