Negative: No parking available,ocean view was nonexistent, the one tv that worked had lines all through screen,floor was sunken from water damage,bed had some weird memory foam that was truly uncomfortable,should I go on..will not be staying here again

Negative: Bathroom needs remodeling, ceilings need to be fixed, 1 tv broke, towel rack gone, sofa bed broke and nasty, kitchen chairs are wobbly, table sticky, living room chair nasty, floors need redone and pool needs cleaning. Room 211
