211 - Ocean View King Suite

Disappointed, but made the best of the situation. Positive: I've been going to this hotel for probably 30 years or more. The location, the size of the pool and the pool safety for my children is great. Negative: The rooms are hit or miss as they are all independently owned now. My son got a room exponentially better for less per night than I reserved. Our ac was broken in room 211, the bathtub surface was peeling and no plug to take a bath. The floor felt like it had a soft depression in main foyer. The sliding door was about to fall off. And the customer service response is received was less than satisfactory. This is a room I've stayed in before and the experience was lackluster

Dirty and nasty and definitely not worth the money. Couldn’t get refund either so we was stuck with it Positive: Location right on the beach Negative: Not much parking at all, the room was dirty, the shower curtain was molded, tv didn’t work and they had a small tv sitting in front of it to use but the remote didn’t work for the tv, door lock pad didn’t work, exhaust fan was hanging out of bathroom ceiling, toilet wouldn’t work correctly, balcony was dirty and sliding glass door wouldn’t hardly open and close and was so dirty couldn’t even see thru it. Very disappointed in the room and I have stayed here several times before and it was always really nice

Negative: The pictures online were way better than in person. Very disappointed with our accommodations. The floor is dirty and the bathroom and bedroom get hot very easily since there is no ac in either of those rooms. The shower is very out dated and rusted. The remotes to the tvs don’t work. We didn’t even have any hand soap! we found a bottle underneath the counter top that was empty.

Positive: Location Negative: It smells funny and it feels like it was not clean. Or fresh clean.
