211 - Ocean View King Suite

Positive: The communication with the staff, they were messaging me constantly and helping when needed, also the location was the best, just in front of the beach, the pool was nice and warm easy to find with clear and easy to follow instructions Negative: I think they can definitely put a little more effort to fix some little thing inside the room, like lamps, rusty bathtub, the sink was cracked, coffee maker not working good, putting a used toilet paper. little things than don't cost that much but help a lot.

The stay was ok. Positive: Location Negative: Had to wear shoes inside the room, because hardwood floors was damaged, the sheets had stains on them. But I usually bring my own sheets. Coffee pot was not clean properly. Had to go elsewhere for coffee

Positive: Bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. It was close to good restaurants and the beach and the pool was great. Negative: Very run down, not very clean. We were only given 3 towels and requested more. Also the coffee maker was broken and we alerted the property manager. Was told housekeeping would be by for more towels and maintenance for the coffee maker numerous times. No one ever came. Parking is very limited and had to park across a1a in the additional parking lot which is tricky when traffic is heavy.

Stay away Positive: Absolutely nothing supposed to be a Seaview balcony all is another building beside it Negative: The room was absolutely disgusting floors were falling apart balconies were rusted and loose the door did not lock through the keypad at all so you couldn't leave none of your belongings in the actual room do not book this place ever no customer service at all no office on premises due to the so shady of a hotel I wouldn't recommend this place for my dog

Great location needs more parking and better cleaning Positive: The location on the beach was perfect and the pool and hot tub looked nice too. I dropped my phone on the way out and a staff member tried to contact me right away to return it. Kind staff. Negative: Not enough parking and the room was not as clean as it should be. The floors were dirty and there was hair in the bed sheet under the pillows.
