Ocean View Beach Condo#304

Human hazard as it is absolutely disgusting Negative: This place is a hazard. We had comforters with blood stains, used personal hygiene products un the bathroom, the fridge was super dirty, a diaper behind the sofa bed, sand all over the sofa bed along with trash, the shower curtain was dirty, the sheets were stained, there was VERY visible dust all over, the kitchen cabinets were all sticky, the kitchen was a hot mess. It was very, VERY dirty, the place stank, and they wanted 48 hrs in advance for a sooner checkout.. how the heck!? The history was upset, texting me aggravated because I left AFTER I had texted them the night before with pictures and they said the housekeeping was off due to the time, but that she would came in ro fix everything in the morning. Morning came and no one came to clean nor did anyone reach out to give us an estimated time of when the filth would be taken care up. After I sent them the screenshot of their alleged time to arrive, they stopped responding and kept the entire amount. We didn't sleep and decided to leave and get a better, CLEAN place.

Positive: Location, clean, spacious. Negative: There were no elevators and had issues with the key and locker.

Positive: Room was great, beach access,, clean comfortable, quiet and close to everything

Positive: The room was very nice Negative: I was not able to get into my room for 3 hours. No parking available in the hotel or the extended parking. The restaurant next to the lot are using the parking spots. I was not able to get into my room after I got a parking spot for an hour as I was given the wrong room number. The back door did not lock, this is a major safety issue. I was also told no park pass was needed but the day I checked out there was a sign that said you will be towed if you did not have one. I did not see the sign when checking in because I walked from the extended parking and you don't see the sign from that angle. Fortunately I was not towed but instructions from booking should have been better informed. For as much as I paid for the night, I should have had more daylight hours to enjoy my stay but due to parking and entry issues I lost out on what was a much needed stressless day.
