Buyer beware stay away alert Positive: Absolutely horrible you can't communicate with these people they want to do everything by AI and text you don't know if you're talking to a human when you ask to speak to a manager it takes him a better part of a half a day to call you so if you have an immediate question forget about it You're not going to get it answered then I did speak to the manager couldn't be more rude out of touch thanks everything's okay to do things by text messaging at a hotel even though when you read the reviews people hate it they say the place is filthy they're correct they say the management is terrible they're correct stay away buyer beware Negative: Absolutely nothing

Positive: The swimming pool Free parking Located near family Negative: Beach was under construction Shower curtain and towels in unit had an orange rust stain The lock box kept getting stuck

Positive: Location Negative: Floor tiles

Negative: AI check in - not customer friendly (no staff). This should be mentioned prior to booking. Additional deposit required prior to receiving codes to lobby and room. Which required additional CC info then used on booking.com. Small parking lot. No beach for 2026

The room was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the host as well. Very helpful and very prompt on their communication. Would stay there again.
