Regret booking it. Positive: That it was on the beach. Negative: The property I received was not what was advertised in the listing. Upon arrival, the unit was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible stains throughout, unfinished flooring, extensive rust on the back patio, and damaged blinds with large holes that significantly reduced privacy. Because the condition of the unit did not match the listing, I requested either a late checkout or some form of compensation. My request was denied, and I was told that my concerns were simply a matter of "personal preference" and did not mean the unit was unclean. I disagree with that assessment. I have timestamped photos documenting both the cleanliness issues and the fact that the property's condition was materially different from what was advertised. My concerns are based on the actual condition of the unit, not personal preference.

Pleasant but could have been better Positive: Very clean and it was spacious Negative: We paid extra money to check in early and there wasn’t water so we could shower, use the bathroom or even wash our hands and when I mentioned it to them they didn’t reimburse me. There isn’t staff onsite- I asked for an extra towel and was told they provided the towels according to my stay and the bed was the most uncomfortable ever. All I felt was springs.

It was a good weekend Positive: Good location. Negative: Big birthday party.

Tired but clean, probably would not return. Positive: Nice location right on the beach, spacious condo, nice appliances Negative: The room was old and dated. The floor was falling apart. The unmaned lobby was funky musty smelling. Not a good first impression. Weird to have no one on premesis but the communication was good. Weird that when booking the price was significantly more than the advertised price. I could have cancelled but didn't.

Disappointing Positive: Room size, large TV's, on the beach, full size refrigerator.
