Ocean View Beach Condo #307

Positive: It was on the beach Negative: Barely any parking; it looked old dingy, patches on the wall; found a roach it wasn't clean to the eye

Beautiful view but no rest Positive: I loved that our room overlooked the ocean. It had a great little kitchen. The air conditioner worked great!! Negative: The beds were very small and the curtains didn't cover the sliding glass door, so at 6:30 in the morning when the sun came up, the sunlight came in full force. These rooms need a serious remodeling

Positive: Most everything Negative: No paper towels tissues or hand soap

Positive: Nothing Negative: We reserved room an hour before getting there They are not equipped for short term reservations No one at desk and no one answered phone I received an email fifteen minutes after my call with minimal instructions on check in process No code to access building and once another guest arrived he gave us access. Then we could not access lockbox to room probably because combination was wrong so we left at 1am and drove home Looking for refund on CC.

Super nasty place Negative: ROACHES! There were so many roaches it was disgusting and we had to leave at 11 pm and return home. The property manager was very unhelpful, both with this issue and the fact that there was nowhere to park overnight without a risk of being towed given that the very small lot was completely full.
