Ocean View Beach Condo #307

Positive: We were right on the beach. Negative: The place was not clean. We had to clean once we got our luggage in room. There was sticky something on front of cabinets. Food between stove wall and cabinet wall. Floor was gritty which floor didn't really bother me being so close to beach but having to clean dishes and wipe counters before eating and haven't ate there before wasn't ideal. My niece said the rooms she stayed in was nothing like I experienced. Maybe this room was missed on the cleaning list.

Every thing else was great . Positive: Room was good location was great but did not how the we got our key for the room and when we left communication for the key was terrible Negative: Not having a real person there to help with getting our key to the room was terrible and when we left we could not get the lockbox open and was told to leave it on the table I did not feel good about leaving the door unlocked but that is what they had us do so we took pictures of everything how we left

Positive: It was on the beach Negative: Barely any parking; it looked old dingy, patches on the wall; found a roach it wasn't clean to the eye

Beautiful view but no rest Positive: I loved that our room overlooked the ocean. It had a great little kitchen. The air conditioner worked great!! Negative: The beds were very small and the curtains didn't cover the sliding glass door, so at 6:30 in the morning when the sun came up, the sunlight came in full force. These rooms need a serious remodeling

Positive: Most everything Negative: No paper towels tissues or hand soap
