Ocean View King Suite #101

Positive: I like that it was near the water Negative: I didn't like the fact that I thought it was a hotel instead it was a lockbox facility. I didn't know that I needed to check my email for detailed instructions. Because I didn't know that there was an email I didn't have the code when I arrived. I also didn't know that there was limited parking and that I was instructed to go to an overflow parking lot that wasn't marked at all. I ended up getting a parking violation of $70. I'm very unhappy with the whole thing and I'm skeptical about using booking.com.

Negative: Dirty, outdated, loud not as advertised

This was just a simple getaway for a few days for my husband and myself. It was pretty disappointing with all those issu Positive: The location was good but could be a little more maintained. Negative: We booked in early February and was never informed that the beach was undergoing maintenance so our beachfront rental wasn’t so “beachy”. Upon check-in, we noticed that there was no extra toilet paper. There was no paper towels, and there is no tissues in our room. We also requested some batteries for the TV controller, which we never got either.

HATED IT. Positive: NOTHING Negative: We were put in room 101, which had no door number; the appliances were rusted and dirty; the room smelled; the bathroom was disgusting and the bed was very old and made alot of noise. Next room was slightly better but not much, curtains didn't close, etc.

Positive: Very clean and quiet. Negative: Had to park across the street.
