#116 Welcome to Our Beachfront Getaway!

Construction continued throughout the day and and into late night and mornings without compensation. Positive: Location on beach was good. Negative: Construction work prevented peace and sleep throughout 2 nights and early mornings. Management offered $50 compensation for the $400 cost of 2 nights. No under construction was advertised. The other 2 nights were satisfactory after I had to notify workers to stop. I have video. I requested compensation for a future stay after construction is completed. I was only offered $50 for an approximate $800 bill on a 4 day stay.

Once again for the 3 rd year in a row family vacation that turned out great Positive: We love the views of the beach . The pool is amazing. The staff friendly, and helpful. We had a really enjoyable family vacation. Also we liked the fact that we were in closed with the fence , made it great for kids safety Negative: There’s nothing we didn’t like

Positive: Right on the beach. Looks like they are updating the outside of the building but the room was very nice. Had a ground floor unit with a nice patio to watch the sunrise. Negative: Outside of the building had some damage and the grounds weren’t well kept compared to buildings nearby.
